The bridging programme in Emergency Management design for us by WGG is enabling us to hit the highest global competency standardsGrant O’Keefe, BW Offshore, Singapore
The MERSC facility is the only facility which also provides internationally accredited OPITO & TEEX MOME (Management Of Major Emergencies) competency training to offshore operators.
The WGG MERSC is a delivery site for all University of Applied Research & Development programmes of learning, including NOCN UK government regulated qualifications. WGG has a distinguished track record of pioneering bespoke & holistic training programmes. Ultimately, WGG ensures the “competency development baton doesn’t get dropped by the next runner”.
After four days, twenty-two emergency scenarios and debriefs filled with constructive coaching, our team began to understand the true meaning of what Tim (WGG) meant by being able to take critical decisions and being able to lead during situations of stress. Thanks to the Wild Geese Group and the training we received we believe that we are now well equipped to manage emergency situations that could occur on our offshore installation.Wagner Teixeira, MODEC Offshore
